Painted furniture

We have found over the last 30 years that customers taste have changed and a lot of our customers opt for a painted finish and although a wax finish is still popular, customers see this as a chance to express themselves by adding a splash of colour to a room.

Last week we made a lovely chest of drawers that combined a mix and of wax and colour that gives the best of both worlds. The wax finish will slowly mellow over time whilst the blue is a lovely light blue that really makes the chest stand out as a beautiful piece of furniture. The client opted for wooden handles that makes the unit's colour choice blend effortlessly together.
