Q: Can I return/exchange an item?
A: We do not refund bespoke items as these are made especially for you. Kitchens are also classed as bespoke as they are made to your specifications.

Q: How do I pay?
A: You can either pay online with a card of your choice or via PayPal.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A:UK mainland is £40. If you are in Scotland, Ireland and Isles of Wight please call us and we will provide you with a cost.
We aim to get our furniture dispatched and delivered within 4-6 weeks, should you require it quicker than this please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Q: What if I miss my delivery?
A: This is very unlikely to happen as we call and email to arrange all deliveries with you in advance. However, we or our delivery driver(s) will try to contact you, if there are any additional costs incurred we will pass these on to you.
Q: My furniture has arrived damaged what should I do?
A: When goods are delivered, please check them carefully. If the goods are in good condition, please sign "received in good condition" accordingly. If however, there are any signs of damage, please CLEARLY mark the delivery note accordingly. If this is not done correctly, it can affect the claim with our carriers. At this stage we reserve the right to offer a part refund for the damage, or to repair the item, or to replace the damaged item with a good one, or to issue a refund for the item.
Q: It doesn't fit!
A: It is your responsibility to ensure items of furniture will fit up stairs, into rooms and into your house. If you are unsure please get in touch.
